We start by conducting a thorough assessment of the estate's properties. This involves determining whether the properties have liens, mortgages, or other encumbrances. We also assess the value of the properties and choose the best strategy to get the maximum value for each property. 

 

Prepare for Sale: 

THIS IS WHERE WE CAN BRING REAL VALUE:  We provide a range of services to help your clients prepare their properties for sale above and beyond the typical broker. This can include our team making suggestions and overseeing minor updates that could enhance the properties with changes in the flooring. paint, minor kitchen or bathroom refreshes. We have a list of vendors and contractors to help with all of these tasks that we will manage. This generally includes organizing, decluttering, staging, hiring movers, and hiring a deep clean team. Our proven system can help your client obtain the most value for their real estate.  All of this is included with our standard listing fee.

Coordinate with Appraisers and Inspectors:

We work with appraisers and inspectors to provide a thorough evaluation of the condition and market value of the properties. This data will be used to determine where the return on investment.

Manage the Sales Process:

We oversee the entire sales process. Listing the properties, coordinating with prospective buyers, negotiating offers, and handling the closing process. We will make this seamless as possible for you and your clients in even the most challenging client scenarios.

We also offer comprehensive and customizable plans for moving, sorting, decluttering, and staging to accommodate the unique needs of each client.
